The city of endless espresso and Margherita (Neapolitan) pizza...

I love espresso. I have my own Nespresso maker! After being in Torino (Turin) for five days, I thought I had drunken enough espresso, but I was wrong. I had way too much espresso in Napoli (Naples), but I'm not complaining. You can ask Courtney Kamm & my 9:15ish coffee group.

My mornings began with caffé latte & toast. I ate light to save room for the good stuff...gelato (ice cream) & biscotti (cookies) found along the way.

I took advantage of eating seafood while being in this beautiful city for five days. I had pasta tutto mare (seafood pasta) as many times as I could. So fresh.

I am so thankful to have stayed with family. I especially loved coming home each night after a long day of exploring to a home cooked meal. I felt at home. It was special.

I had the opportunity to visit the following places:

• ​Palace of Caserta
• ​Royal Palace Gardens
• Palace of Bishop of Casertavecchia

I met too many nice people & formed wonderful friendships. I can't wait to go back to visit & discover more.
